Self-serve billing is live
You can now subscribe, buy credit packs, and manage your plan entirely from the dashboard — card checkout, regional pricing, and a word-count breakdown on every job that shows exactly what was billed and what passed through at $0. No sales call required to start; the sales call is there when you want volume pricing.
A reviewer role for your client's own editors
LSPs asked for this one: your end client has in-house editors who want to review jobs — but you don't want them seeing your other clients, your volumes, or your configuration. Now you can invite them with a reviewer role. They see only the jobs a PM assigns to them, work in the browser review editor, and their approved edits feed the Golden TM like any other correction.
Human QA, one toggle away
Flip “Human QA” on any job and a professional linguist works through the AI output segment by segment before delivery, starting from the QA report and per-segment back-translation. Quoted upfront in credits, tracked in your dashboard. AI speed for the 95%, human judgment where it matters.
OCR that keeps the images
Scanned documents aren't just text. Our OCR pipeline now reconstructs pages with their images in place — logos, stamps, signatures, figures — cropped from the scan and positioned in the output document. A translated medical form should still look like the form.
Portal-only delivery
Translated files are no longer attached to emails — ever. Notifications link to the authenticated portal and files are downloaded from there. Deliverables shouldn't live in mail servers, forwarding chains, or inbox archives outside your control. Full details on the Security page.
Smaller but real
- Review editor handles 50-file ZIP batches smoothly — windowed rendering, with bulk actions still operating on the full filtered set.
- Cross-file consistency: one click unifies divergent translations of the same source across a whole batch.
- Chuukese (chk) added as a supported language — our language list follows where our clients' communities actually are.
- Long batch names no longer collide with Windows path limits on download.
